How do you access the home during visits?

Access arrangements are agreed with each household before service begins, so you remain fully in control of how visits take place.

Many households choose to provide a key or secure access method so visits can take place while they are at work or away from home. Others prefer to be present during visits.

All specialists are insured and vetted, and access procedures are handled with discretion and care.

Why does every home begin with The Reset?

Ongoing upkeep only works properly once a clear standard has been established.

The Reset creates that standard, allowing the home to be consistently maintained rather than repeatedly recovered.

What is included in The Reset?

During The Reset, the home is realigned across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and high-touch surfaces so that the Amara Standard can be consistently maintained through ongoing upkeep.

It establishes order, detail, and consistency across the home before maintenance begins.

How long are visits?

Reset sessions are fixed-time and are allocated at 3, 4, or 5 hours.

Ongoing upkeep visits are 90 minutes.

The appropriate Reset duration is confirmed when your request is reviewed.

What if my home requires more time than expected?

Reset sessions are suitable for most 3–4 bedroom homes.

If additional time is required to achieve the Amara Standard, we will recommend the appropriate allocation before your Reset is scheduled.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped and work within our own controlled product system so safety, consistency, and results remain aligned across every visit.

Can I request additional tasks?

We work to a defined scope within fixed time allocations.

If additional tasks are required, they can be scheduled for a future appointment.
